Problem with you Password?
Please note that RHLMC's online reservation system is separate from Pitt's ID system.
If you have made an account with us, your ID was created to match your Pitt email ID.
But you might have chosen a password that's different from your Pitt password.
If you are a new user on our system, please submit this registration form so we can create an account for you.
If you have forgotten your password on our reservation system, please follow the instructions below to reset it.
How to reset your password
- Enter your Pitt email address below (ex. email@example.com) and click 'Submit'.
- Your password will be reset in our system to a new temporary password. It will then be emailed to you.
- Check your email to retrieve the temporary password.
- Log into our online reservation site using the new temporary password.
- Change your password to something memorable. Click on 'Show my account info' in the yellow box, and you can edit your user information from there.
